Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges as long as they are within 10 days of receiving your jewelry. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you, otherwise it will not be refundable or exchangeable.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email a photo of your item as soon as you receive it and we will happily repair or replace your item.
All prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD). The prices displayed on the online store and in the shopping cart do not include shipping costs.
Taxes and customs fees
US and international customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery of the package. Customs policies vary by country. Please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate.
Your package is sent from Montreal, Canada by Canada Post services. In the event of late delivery, no refund will be made since we have no control over delays caused by postal and/or customs services in different countries.
Damage and manufacturing defects
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives intact. That said, please inspect your package upon arrival, and contact us with descriptive photos if an item has been damaged during transport. We will organize the repair or replacement of the item.
In the exceptional case of defective jewelry, we reserve the right to assess whether the problem arises from our manufacturing process. If this is the case, we will be happy to repair or replace the item at no additional cost. However, if we judge that the defect is the result of an accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the jewelry, we can evaluate repair options together, if possible.
